They are experts on teaching & learning in Higher Education and in professional contexts (training of trainers), as well as on innovative teaching & learning methods in theory and in practice.
Teaching & Learning Skills Officer at the EUI, Annika Zorn holds a Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences from the EUI. She is an experienced trainer of trainers and Higher
Education teachers. She is the founder of an online school and a senior expert for running knowledge sharing and creation projects.
Visiting academic from UCL Institute of Education, London, Professor Lesley Gourlay is Director of the IOE Academic Writing Centre, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the Royal Society of the Arts, and holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh. Her research and publications focus on theoretical aspects of media and student engagement in the university.

Member of the Language Centre, Nicola Hargreaves graduated in languages from the University of Otago. Her research interests lie in academic writing, scholarly legal writing, public speaking skills, and teaching and learning.
